If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your online purchase you may return or exchange it within 10 days of receipt of the merchandise for a full refund. Refunds will be paid in the same manner of the original purchase payment. Custom orders and jewelry that has been altered, worn, or sized by a jeweler other than Bentley Diamond Importers are non-refundable.
