Back in May of 2009 we began the journey that all couples hope one day to be a part of. After dating for 2 wonderful years we knew that we wanted to be together forever. Planning our life together was finally becoming a reality.
We searched through magazines, websites, dealers, and friends' suggestions for an Engagement Ring but ultimately were led to Bentley Diamond through a friend's suggestion after a Saturday at our favorite spot-the beach. There we were, wearing our bathing suites, tracking in sand, and looking for just the right ring.

Will and I
met in the summer of August 2004 and he immediately swept me off my feet. I
tried not to fall in love so quickly but I just couldn’t help it. But I knew in
my heart I was hopelessly in love with him.
By February 2005 Will
unfortunately had to move back to California to finish his Bachelor’s. I was
devastated. We spoke on the phone every day for hours. Two months later he sent
me a plane ticket to come visit him. As soon as we seen one another we knew we
didn’t ever want to be without each other again. We completed each other! So…I
moved to California to be with him.

I decided to
propose on Valentine’s Day back in November 2008. As any guy knows, after dating
someone for over two years, your sweetheart starts to let you know she wants a
commitment. I figured she would never guess that I would ask her on Valentine’s
Day. The day has meaning to me as my mom and dad got engaged and married on
Valentine’s day I flew down to North Carolina to ask for her mother and father’s
blessing two weeks prior. I also wanted them to be there so I booked two round

During a
spell of warm weather, Dan and I decided after dinner we would take a walk on
the Pt. Pleasant Beach boardwalk. I noticed he seemed awfully anxious- he
already had his coat on while I was still cleaning the dishes! But I didn't
think too much of it, and we headed to the boardwalk as planned. He had
mentioned he wanted to walk out on the jetty, so we went out there & were
taking in the view. I told him that when I was growing up, I remember people
would write who they loved on the rocks. This gave him the perfect

Keith and I
grew up houses away in a small neighborhood in Brick. We are four years apart so
we didn't socialize much as kids. Our lives lead us in different directions
throughout the years. Keith became a special education teacher in Howell HS and
I became a Nurse. Keith and I ran into each other by chance in Shoprite in Brick
in the later part of December of 2007. Our first date was New Years day, 2008,
the connection we shared on that first date was uncanny, it felt like we had
been together for years.
