Back in May of 2009 we began the journey that all couples hope one day to be a part of. After dating for 2 wonderful years we knew that we wanted to be together forever. Planning our life together was finally becoming a reality.

We searched through magazines, websites, dealers, and friends' suggestions for an Engagement Ring but ultimately were led to Bentley Diamond through a friend's suggestion after a Saturday at our favorite spot-the beach. There we were, wearing our bathing suites, tracking in sand, and looking for just the right ring. After spending time with Robert of Bentley Diamond, we felt that Bentley was different than any place we had considered. Robert listened to our ideas, offered suggestions, and understood what type of ring we wanted. As he sketched out a drawing based on some samples we brought, more and more did we realize that Bentley was certainly capable of bringing our dreams to reality.

After several "meetings" throughout the next couple months, Robert brought to life our customized engagement ring resulting in a finished product more beautiful than either of us could have imagined. A unique custom-designed 14-karat white gold split-shank ring, surrounded with diamonds, with a 1.54 karat brilliant princess cut diamond in the center. Each part of the ring had stunning, personable touches, from the pave rounded setting, milgrain edges, to our favorite part-ocean waves etched into the face.

On Friday October 2nd, we were engaged, and are now happily planning our lives together. Little did we know that Saturday after the beach in June, Bentley Diamond would have made our dreams come true with such a wonderful sign of our love- our ring.
